Offering name does not change in OTBI and Alerts

Hello,

Our Learning administrators include the date in the offering title so that it is easier for users to see when courses are taking place.

One offering was recently rescheduled and the offering title and start date were updated accordingly. However the old name and start date are still visible in OTBI and in alerts relating to this offering which is confusing for our users and administrators.

However in OTBI and alerts the same offering appears with the original name and start date:

How can we update the offering so that the new name is visible in all areas of the system?
