HDL - Impossibility to update a learning record with attribution type ORA PERSON

We are experiencing some difficulties in updating learning records with attribution type ORA_PERSON.
Here is the error message of the UCMFA24410837 (i tired the hdl in test environment) JBO-Validation Failed! learning record reason code:ORA_DELETE_SS is not valid for status ORA_ASSN_REC_DELETED AttributionType:ORA_PERSON

The information acquired from the view business object is the following and don't cover the case of ora person

The reason code associated with the assignment when it is being completed, withdrawn or deleted.
Use one of the lookup codes of lookup type:

ORA_WLF_COMPLT_RSN_SPEC - If Attribution type is Specialist and assignment is being update to Completed.
