How to catch the reassign task action event?

Summary:

Hi Oracle

how to catch the events when user reassigns the task in opa. Unlike submit events we are unable to catch system action events in web form events, as we are storing all action history performed on the task in atp database we want to know that task got reassigned as soon as the task is reassigned. Please help
