Document of records approval goes to proposed representative

Hi together,

We have following case:

Employee had an relationship in legal employer A. This work relationship got terminated, there was a pause of 3 months and employee is rehired in legal employer B.

Employee is now active as a pending worker for legal employer B and has an inactive terminated assignment for legal employer A.

During Pre-Boarding process for legal employer B the employee is uploading some documents in the document of records, but the approvals for manage document records are still routing to HR reps from legal employer A instead of HR reps legal employer B. Because the system does not use as a basis the Pendingworker Assingment (Assignmentnumber starting with P) but still the inactive employee assignment.
