Once Budgetary Control is set up, is it not possible to modify the Control Budget Filter?

Is it possible to modify the Control Budget Filter once Manage Budgetary Control and Encumbrance Accounting has been set up?
The Control Budget Filter should have been Ledger or project, but I accidentally set it to Project.
The Control Budget Filter is grayed out.

If anyone knows of any way to do this, please let me know.
