Notes in demand fulfillment are not saved properly

Validating the Recommendations there is a Notes option to add information as Planner. This is quite handy during your work to know which actions are taken (e.g. outside Supply Planning .. requesting a supplier to ship earlier if possible etc .. ) .. but after the note is created and saved, it will not be there anymore once the Supply Planning was refreshed based on current data. That is a unwanted behavior while not all outstanding actions are solved within the same day .. if the recommendation stays .. or the demand at risk is still available the note should
