to trigger an alert when an exception error occurs in the logs from the extract run

There is a requirement to detect HCM Extract Instance which went to success without any alerts/Warnings but in logs there are ORA/SQL errors. The error we got in the log file ORA-01427: single-row subquery returns more than one row, but the extract successfully finished with no alerts. we need to write a SQL which should run daily to fetch instance details which has errors in log files. In tables there is no difference, no errors status completed. Kindly share us some insights Is there a way to address the errors in the log files
