OPA notify activity email template is not populating the data when email is sent

Summary:

Hi Experts

I'm using template feature to send email using notify activity in OPA but the email is sent without data getting populated, only the label is printed but not the data against the label. same template when i use with human task activity then it is sending proper email with data and labels. is this a bug? in docs also nothing is mentioned on the example. please help me, attaching my code here
