Can we disable Line Manager assigning core skills to his/ her direct reports in Skills Center

Summary:

Hello

Is there any option in Oracle that allows us to disable line manager assigning the core skills in Team Skills Center to his/ her direct reports?

We do not want the Line Managers to assign any additional skills to his/ her direct reports, as the employees are getting assigned the role skills from the position profiles.

Any pointers on this is highly appreciated!
