Redwood Migration

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

Hi everyone,

I am working on transitioning to the Redwood UX in Oracle HCM and need help implementing role-based customizations for the following scenarios:

  1. Guided Journeys:
    • We have different guided journeys for HR Specialists and Managers. Can this be implemented in Redwood?
    • For example, HR should see tasks related to employee onboarding, while Managers should only see tasks related to approvals or team management.
  2. Page Questionnaire:
    • For the Transactions page (promote, transfers, etc) we display questionnaire section for HR Specialists but hide it from Managers on the same page.
