Can we customize the login page to add custom buttons in Oracle Fusion?

E.g. Custom Button Name - User Credentials

The expectation is that, when the user clicks on the 'User Credentials' custom button on login screen, then only the username and password fields should be visible or open; otherwise, it should be hidden.
