Adding additional Operations to Process Manufacturing

Hi all, appreciate any guidance and/or suggestions.

We have Process Manufacturing for some of our products and Discrete for others. This was set up at Oracle go live at my company, and so the reasoning as to why we did this is lost to time.

Our Process Mfg currently only has one Operation and we wish to update our Process MFG Work Definitions to match our Discrete MFG process. I am running into errors in testing.

"The approval task flow couldn't be initiated. Contact your help desk. (EDR-2580007)"

Steps to recreate:
~Create two new Standard Operations, similar to the ones we wish to duplicate from Discrete Mfg
