Pricing Default based on various preferences

Our customer maintain price at 5 different levels

1. One off price which will have short duration of 1 week
2. Project specific price _ Based on certain attribute specific discount will be applied
3. MOQ Price - Tiered pricing
4. Customer specific price
5. Price book price (same for all customers

We have already done customer specific pricing where we maintain the price list at bill to level and default during order entry process. However the requirement is the price should be default based on above 5 preference automatically without the customer service team entering the preference as EFF on order header or line level

Please let us know if we can do price list defaulting based on preference
