Audit Feature for Profile Options is Enabled, but the Audit History is Not Available

Hello,

We've enabled the Audit feature for "Oracle Middleware Extensions for Applications" - Business Object Profile Option. But while trying to retrieve the Audit History from the "Audit Reports" Page, the history is not available for the Profile Option which we've updated after enabled the Audit.

I appreciate any help you can provide.
