Oracle Critical Patch Updates and Security Alerts

We have received 'Oracle Critical Patch Update for October 2024' and 'Oracle Security Alert for CVE-2024-XXXXX'. There is not mentioned Marketing Cloud in Affected Products and Versions (as per Doc ID 2495062.1 - Oracle Critical Patch Update Advisory).
However, we also use Oracle Fusion Cloud Services, and there is mentioned Fusion Middleware (multiple times).
Shall we apply the patch?
