We have a Descriptive Flexfield (DFF) on the Assignment page that we are unable to make required on the 'PROMOTE' action page. At the same time, we need to hide this DFF on the 'HIRE AN EMPLOYEE' page using HCM Experience Design Studio.

If anyone has faced similar issues or has insights on how to resolve this, please help us out.
