How to send the formatted Payment Files (having dynamic file names) in a secure way from Oracle Cloud's ESS-process called "Format Payment Files" to a target 3rd party SFTP-server automatically?

We already looked into the "Manage Transmission Configuration" and it's available protocols but it's unclear which is the correct protocol to be used. Since Oracle Support closed our SR with the remark to ask the question here in CCC, I hope there's someone who uses an automated payment file transmission to an external SFTP-server and can share some knowledge.
