24D: Issue with Filtering by Feature dates as Learning Admin for Self-Paced Learning Items

Summary: As a Learning Administrator, I’ve noticed the Featured on Date filter only returns results when I select the exact date a Learning Item started being featured. This behavior is highly restrictive and seems like it may be a bug. Navigation: My Client Groups > Learning > Self-Paced Learning > filters.

I've already raised an SR with Oracle (4-0000163319) but adding here for visibility and in case anyone else has a resolution to this issue. I'll update this post with any solutions Oracle Support provides!

Content: I've been testing Self-Paced Learning (SPL) setup in one of our dev environments. I have several active Self-Paced Learning Items configured (see screenshot below of My Client Groups > Learning > Self-Paced Learning):
