Document Records - capabilities for a robust I-9 repository

Bear with on my questions as they are broad to start and review of release notes is ongoing. How robust are your document records configurations for storing I-9s and configuring related reports? The impetus for this question is in connection to compliance with hiring and potential audits. We have an existing system that works well, but we want to transition fully to Oracle HCM. We are working to build on what we already have, but the concern is that this part of the system isn't robust enough for tracking I-9s within defined parameters, other than storing an I-9 for each
