Delete TimeRecordGroups/ Time Cards from Backend on Oracle Fusion

Hi,

Question to the Oracle Team. We have a lot of empty time cards like the below case that would be very difficult to be deleted manually one by one.

Is there any way to delete these records from the backend like REST Api, Webservice, HDL,…. or any other way to do that?
