Unable to track Work Definition Approval

Dear Experts,

Please find below issue in work definition

  1. Created a new work definition in back date which is e-signature enabled.
  2. Version 1 is in pending approval status.
  3. Didn't get any bell notification for approval.
  4. Unable to track the work definition is BPM Worklist.
  5. From where we can track the WD approval pending state?
  6. Can we revert the work definition from "Pending Approval" to "Draft" so that it can be deleted and create a new one?
