IDCS login - Show password eye icon

Description (Required):

For the External domain, users are entering username and password.

It would be nice to give the option to the user to show the password entered. This would benefit them to check the password that was entered to avoid fat fingering.

Edge browser shows the eye on entering a few characters but disappear once the entire password is entered and donot give the option.

Use Case and Business Need (Required):

External users (our Customers) are authenticated in IDCS external domain. We enforce a complex password of atleast 12 characters. We have increase case of user authentication failures and show
