Documentation for security privileges required to run each scheduled process for HCM

edited Dec 10, 2024 1:22AM in Human Capital Management 3 comments

We have a requirement to create a custom role that provides access to the Scheduled Processes page and allows the user to run/schedule/view a specified list of processes with only the minimum access/privileges required to do so. The user will only be used for this purpose and assigning the Human Resource Specialist role provides too much access.

I've found a great document for Sales that lists the privileges required to run each specific Sales related process but have been unable to find the same for HCM. Is there a document like this available for HCM, or something similar that provides this information?

Howdy, Stranger!
