Unable to load seniority date with HDL

Hello,

I am trying to update the seniority given to system with HDL but oracle gives me this error:

METADATA|SeniorityDate|SeniorityDateCode|PersonNumber|EntryDate|EffectiveStartDate|EffectiveEndDate|ManualAdjustmentDays|ManualAdjustmentComments
MERGE|SeniorityDate|ORA_PER_MIGR_ESD_P|TEST_1000|2008/08/01|1986/09/25|4712/12/31|7981|0

How can I solve it?
