While definining new pricing charge definition for Usage Price Type Usage value is not coming up

Summary:

I can see the Usage value in "ORA_QP_PRICE_TYPES" lookup for the price type but while defining a new price charge definition, under "Manage Pricing Charge Definitions" Price Type Column only show "one time" or "Recurring" not showing the "Usage" Value in the LIst.
