Learning Redwood Manager View Not Showing Updated Assigne

We have enabled both the Learner and Manager Redwood Learning pages. However, the manager view is showing dated learning assignment statuses. For example, a learner has completed their assignment, but on the manager's side, it is still showing as pending or due. Do items perhaps need to be reingested or does a specific job need to be ran to ensure what the learner and manager are seeing is synched?
