How to disable the "Search the catalog" pop up option in My Learning Experience.

Summary: 24D enabled a search feature in the My Learning Experience that we do not want. We had disabled the catalog search feature. This will create an issue as we do not want employees to search the catalog. This problem is larger than just creating global access groups as we do not want anyone to be able to search at all in OLC. I did not see anything in VBS that would allow us to turn this off.
