Learning Initiative not using most recent version of analysis

edited Dec 3, 2024 10:19PM in Learning 4 comments

Hi,

We have had an issue with initiative assignments based on analyses not running correctly since our golive in June 2024.

Today we did a large batch training assignment for our IT Security training and it finally transpired that initiatives are running fine, but the analysis results being used for assignment are the analysis results from June, no new joiners since have been assigned the training.

This was performed by creating a brand new initiative, and using the two relevant analyses from OTBI.
These analyses were first created and used in learning initiatives at the time of go-live in June.
For the new initiative, using those analyses, the resulting learning assignments are corresponding to our June HR data.

Howdy, Stranger!
