Search User Analysis Reports OTBI

We have over 500 User Analysis reports that we use with initiatives to do systematic assignments for our courses, based on certain criteria. Common criteria are

  • Job Code
  • Company
  • Organization
  • Previous course taken

When a change is made to any of these (e.g., everyone in job Code 123 is being moved to job code 789 due to consolidation or reorg), we need the ability to search the OTBI reports to find which ones use that job code, company, organization, or previous course taken. Right now, the only way we can find them is based on memory.

We submitted an SR asking how to do this, and we were told this isn't a capability of OTBI. There must be a way people are managing this, even if they don't have as many UARs as we do, because these things happen all of the time across large enterprises. Even if there were just 100 UARs
