Issue when trying to create a Custom ESS job from Standard ESS - Print Min-Max Planning Report

Summary:

We are trying to create a Custom ESS Job By duplicating the standard ESS Job 'Print Min-Max Planning Report'. We were able to successfully create the Custom ESS Job (haven't modified anything in the parameters). But, when we try to submit the Custom ESS Job, it doesn't show the Parameters form.
