How to adjust balances with 'School district name missing' reference

Hello Experts,

We went live in 2022, and there are some employees whose W2s were incorrect for that year. We are currently in the process of correcting them.

For one employee, the school district balance was initialized with the reference 'Incorrect school district.' We would like to remove this balance but are unsure how to adjust it since the reference is invalid.

Could someone please assist?
