Accessorial cost is missing on the shipment

Hello guys,

We have domain A and domain B in our OTM, we were merging the domain B in domain A to simplify the architecture and processes, so all the necessary things like agents, workflows, rate offerings, rate records were replicated successfully.

When I plan one order in domain B, I am able to see the base cost as well as accessorial cost on the shipment but when I plan it in the domain A (after merging: B → A now becomes A) only base cost is visible and accessorial cost is missing. I've checked all things, rate offering is correct, rate record is correct, but we're not seeing the accessorial cost. The external rating system is using same API to communicate the rates in both domains.
