SShipUnit inbound interface not getting validated against OTM schema

Summary:

While trying to upload an OTM shipment ship unit XML interface in the form of SShipUnit GLogXMLElement, the inbound XML sent to OTM is unable to pass the schema validation with the exception:

cvc-complex-type.2.4.a: Invalid content was found starting with element '{"http://xmlns.oracle.com/apps/otm/transmission/v6.4":ShipUnit}'. One of '{"http://xmlns.oracle.com/apps/otm/transmission/v6.4":TransactionCode}' is expected.

Which is strange since the transaction code is correctly passed as per the schema definition the ShipUnit.xsd

Has anyone else been successful in posting data to OTM using the SShipUnit interface? In case it has been possible, please share any element sequence that has worked for you.
