How to check the which stage of TLSS workflow transaction got flagged incomplete?

Hi Team,

Could you please confirm Is it feasible to add a column to identify in which stage of TLSS workflow transaction got flagged as incomplete, for example while doing change manager transaction if transaction got failed we need to add a column to check what level transaction was failed ?
