How to set Maximum length of a field in VBS like we do in page composer

in Visual Builder Studio for HCM

Summary: We want to set Maximum length for Posting - Short description for Internal candidates and External Candidates to 135. We acheived this in page composer as per below screenshot. The redwood helper tool report stated unable to migrate "Attribute is available in the Redwood page but its property "maximumLength" cannot be personalized using Business Rules.". How to acheive this functionality in VBS rules.
