Disable the automatic PO communication, but trigger manually from the system

Hi Team,

As per the client requirement, the PO PDF should not be sent to the suppliers automatically, but they want to send it manually from the system rather downloading the PO PDF copy to their computer and then send to the supplier.

We have disabled the PO_CONTROL_SUPPLIER_COMMUNICATION profile option and then tried to send the PO PDF by clicking the "'Actions' menu → Communicate" on the PO page, but the PO PDF have not been communicated to the supplier email address. The log file has the message as "Note: No communication as Control Supplier Communication profile option is Disable."
