Can we send Memo lines from Oracle Projects (Grants) to Oracle Receivables?

Generate Memo Lines using Oracle Contract Management as part of Grants Implementation

We are trying to derive memo lines through Oracle Projects through Contract Management to Receivables. This is part of Grants Management implementation where the AR is purely based on Memo lines. If not, is there a workaround? Another option is use using "Item", has anyone implemented Grants Management where the lines are item based.

PS - I did see there is an ER for generating memo lines from projects to receivables but the link gives me an error
