ARCS Confirm suggested matches before you can submit reconciliation

Hi all,

From our business we received the wish for suggested matched to be confirmed before the reconciliation can be submitted.

There is a configuration setting (on the format) to block the submit button if the unexplained difference is NOT 0. Is there something silmular that exists or a workaround we can look at to achieve the same but for unconfirmed suggested matches? Thank you!
