Comments and attachments section is not visible even after published changes in Visual Builder

I'm making customization through Visual Builder Studio for some Core HR transactions and I'm trying to make the region/section "Comments and attachments" visible, I don't see it neither in front-end nor in the preview mode, for all of them.

I'm making customization through Visual Builder Studio for some Core HR transactions and I'm trying to make the region/section "Comments and attachments" visible, neither in front-end nor in the preview mode, for all of them.

I was able to do so for some (e.g. Add assignment), but not for all of them (in particular for: hire an employee, add a contigent worker, Change Assignment, Change Manager, Direct Reports, Employment Start Dates, Local And Global Transfer, Personal Details - HR, Termination, Person Identifier for External application).
