Cost element is hitting another PPV line.

We have a requirement to add a new cost element to Material type. But, PPV is hitting as separate as a line. Even though there is no real variance of PO price and standard cost.

Standard cost is 6

Material1: 5

Material2: 1

PO price is 6. Even though it is hitting $1 as PPV. Can you please advice.
