'Available to Reserve' value on "Create Reservations" Page misleading

Summary:

‘Available to Reserve’ quantity is reverted back to original data after reserving a lot / inventory through ‘Create Reservations’ page. However, ‘Manage Item Quantities’ show correct information.

The issue is observed during work order execution, which leads to confusion. Is this a bug reported by any customer or Oracle is working on bug-fix?
