Ability to Disable the DocumentOpenFYI Notification for Specific Users and Business Units.

Summary:

We have a requirement to Disable the DocumentOpenFYI Notification for Specific Users and Business Units in Oracle Procurement Cloud

.We know that the DocumentOpenFYI task in BPM is responsible for triggering the FYI & Email notifications to requesters when a Purchase order is submitted. Now we have a requirement that during Data Conversion for Purchase Orders, we need to disable the DocumentOpenFYI Email Notifications but we need to do that either by the users to whom the Email should be triggered or the Business Unit as it should not impact any other region. We need to know what can be done to restrict this email notification partially?
