How to Link a VB Studio AppUI Page in Structure Tool?

I have created a page using AppUI in VBCS and currently use the Dynamic Link to display it on the Navigator and Springboard via the Structure Tool, which is working fine. However, I noticed there is an additional option in the Structure Tool to link a VB Studio Page. Can someone explain how to utilize this functionality?
