Unable to add a service instance using the identity domain in VBCS

We are in the process making the changes in Redwood External Supplier Registration page using the VBCS and when we are trying to Add a service instance (Dev2) using the identity domain (IDCS), we are unable to add the instance as the status remains as Unknown.
