Receiving Error When Trying to Create Budget Account Group

Summary:

I've created a control budget successfully but I'm receiving an error when trying to create a Budget Account Group in the Budgetary Control dashboard.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

I've created a 2025 budget in our test environment. The control budget itself was created successfully (screenshot 2, showing "In use" status) and I've been able to add funds to it (screenshot 3). However, when I try to create the Budget Account Group within the Budgetary Control dashboard, I receive the error "The value of the attribute isn't valid".
