    Custom Field with Field Template not saving Value

    Hi,

    I have created Custom fields for HelpDesk ServiceRequests in Application Composer, I then added these fields in Visual Builder to the Rules Sets and Form.

    I have linked a Single Select to the One Field that shows Employees, this has a Event and Action Chain to Retrieve Assignment Information. I have Create Field Templates Input Text for the Fields the Data is being retrieve for.

    Currently I am setting the Value as follow:


    But this is not saving the Variable Value to the Field Value when the record is saved to the Database, can anybody assist on how to save the values?
