Can Internal approval when resubmit can start from the same level it was rejected by the approver?

When the internal approval is resubmitted after getting rejected by one of the approvers, the approval should trigger back from the same approver when resubmitted by the user in Oracle CPQ.

When internal approval is triggered and there are 4 levels. 1 and 2 have approved, 3 has rejected, so when revising the quote how can we make the approval to trigger from level 3 and not from level 1.
