Cancel Unfulfilled Demand

Summary:

When I cancel a PO line, I want to set Yes to "Cancel Unfulfilled Demand" by default.
However, after selecting "Always" in the Configure Requisitioning Business Function, "Cancel Unfulfilled Demand" became read-only.
I don't want to make it read-only.
Is it possible?
