Unable to search Purchasing Account Rules from Global search

When we try to search task "Manage account Rule" from global search, it is giving the search results as below -
- Manage Account Rules
- Manage Account Rules: Cost Management
- Manage Account Rules: Payables
- Manage Account Rules: Purchasing
- Manage Account Rules: Receipt Accounting
But we want to get purchasing account rules but system is defaulting only payables account rules, if you click any of them.
