Data Security Issue with Eloqua Preference Center URL

Project Overview:
Our project aims to allow customers, via a URL available in their online account, to:

  • Directly access their Eloqua Preference Center (Landing Page),
  • If they are not yet subscribed to the Newsletter, be redirected to an Eloqua Landing Page containing a sign-up form,
  • Or, if they have completed the newsletter sign-up form but have not yet confirmed their subscription by clicking the confirmation link received via email, be redirected to an Eloqua Landing Page to trigger the sending of the confirmation email.

Implemented Solution:

  • We are using a Blind Form in Eloqua, which includes the various processing steps.
